Massage Therapy
Elizabeth believes that the body appreciates gentleness as a way to get to the deep work, and her goal is to bring awareness and awakening to the body so it can unwind old patterns and heal itself. There is power in noticing, and being sensitive to small but crucial details and clues in the body.

Table Thai Massage blends the unique compression and stretching poses of Traditional Thai Massage with the added benefits of Deep Tissue and Swedish techniques. The session is a dynamic experience where the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints receive the benefit of movement and massage.

Lomi Lomi Massage is a form of Traditional Hawaiian massage using mainly forearm massage techniques. Generous amounts of oil combined with flowing dance-like movements and breath work help allow the body to reach deep states of relaxation in which the body can let go of old stored patterns and begin the self-healing process.

Elizabeth combines her knowledge of trigger point therapy with her intuitive “hand listening” skills. Trigger point therapy is a soft tissue technique that works to release painful, tension in muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot in the muscle. It uses long holds in an area to help the body let go and reset resting muscle length. Over the years Elizabeth has developed her own unique style surrounding this modality which incorporates a specific series of holds and vibrations.
